Day 5

Dear Mom, I miss my mom and my spot on the desk.  The thought of coming home is in my head.  Okay, so it's not my head, but does that really matter?

I ran out of harmonica songs on the train, so I jumped the rails.  I was hungry.  In my search for Purina Shark Chow, I happened across a fellow shark in a serious predicament, about to meet an untimely fate accompanied by cocktail sauce!

After this heroic rescue, the other shark and I quickly became friends.  Despite having our separate shark lives, our quests for the ocean seemed mutual, yet just out of reach.

My new shark friend and I headed off into the sunset singing, "I swim through your veins like a fish in the sea."  We made horrible jokes about shrimp sauce and of course lived happily ever after.
